This
cd was recorded August 25, 2003 in NY. I give many, many thanks to a good friend Barry “Oh” Goldstein at Think Big Recordings NYC for his time and efforts in helping me to put this cd together. The background music used for these meditations is "Home" from the series Ambiology. Thanks Barry!!! It was both a pleasure and an honor to work with such a master. There are two separate and distinct medita- tions. I sincerely hope you enjoy them! |

This guided meditation is designed to
not only balance and align the chakras but to also create a vibrational
attunement that will help you hold the higher frequencies that our bodies
are now reaching. In this meditation you are taken on a guided journey
where you are shown how to connect to the heavenly energies and the
earthly energies bringing them both into your chakras thus raising the

I went into the recording studio to record the second track and was planning on doing a completely different meditation. I remember about the first 30 seconds, when I came out of the session I asked Barry what we had record- ed because I had no idea what I had said during the recording session. He said that he had zoned out also and as we listened to the tape we were surprised. Well, track #2 is that “zoned out” recorded meditation in its entirety. Track #2 In this meditation you are guided to a sacred place inside of your heart know as your Heart Chamber. This chamber is also known as your “Holy of Holies”. It is a place of total serenity and calmness. This is a place from which one can hear the voice of their angels. From this place you are introduced to the angelic realm where you meet your Guardian Angles. You are guided to not only hear their messages but to also “see “ your angels. |
